Q: Is my personal information protected with your company?
A: Any personal information that you provide to any of our businesses are privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone!
Q: What is you refund policy?
A: Once payment has been received and accounts are upgraded, commissions are paid instantly to several members at once. Therefore refunds can not be processed or requested. If you are not sure that you want to use our advertising resources, please wait until you are, to avoid any hassle and frustrations. We will in everyway work with you to recoup your registration fee even without a request. However, we can not guarantee a time frame for it to happen.
Q: What payment processor do you use?
A: We currently use Bitcoin as the primary
payment processor there are other options as well. As a special request we have ORU, skrill, Payoneer, Transferwise, and (GooglePay for USA members only). Contact support for special considerations
Q: Can we have more than one account?
A: We do not condone having more than one account per person. You can however have more than one account per household, just not the same person. Any deviation will deem a breech in Terms of service and your accounts will be deactivated and all commissions forfeited!
Q: Can I Join For FREE?
A: Yes, you may join for free, but you will not have any access to any of the materials, bonuses, or receive commissions until you become a FULL registered member.
Q: If I Joined Under The Wrong Sponsor Can I Be Re-Aligned?
A: Due to the instant Pay program we can not allow members to be re-aasigned under a different sponsor. It is up to each individual to make sure the have the proper link before joining WWCC.
Q: When Are Commissions Paid?
A: Commissions are paid instantly to your WWCC online account and payable upon withdrawal request. Process takes from 3-5 days.
